整芯阻燃输送带是由整体带芯经聚氯乙烯浸渍糊浸渍塑化或硫化后做成，具有强度大、运量大、运输平衡等特点，同时该产品具备良好的阻燃、抗静电、抗冲击、耐磨损、耐腐蚀等性能。主要适用于煤矿的井下运输，也可用于冶金、化工行业的物料运输。
产品分类：整芯阻燃输送带可分为PVC型和PVG型。PVC型上下覆盖层均为PVC盖胶，单面胶≥0.8mm；PVG型上下覆盖层均为丁腈橡胶和PVC并用，单面厚为1.5mm-4.5mm；PVC输送带运输倾角<160，PVG型输送带运输倾角<200。
执行标准：MT 914-2008《煤矿用输送带织物整芯输送带》和德国DIN22109标准。

PVC type has PVC cover rubber for both top and bottom rubber cover with one-side cover thickness ≥0.8mm; PVG type has nitrile rubber for both top and bottom rubber cover and is used concurrently with PVC, the one-side thickness is 1.5~4.5mm; the conveying inclination of PVC conveyor belt <16° and that of PVG conveyor belt <20°.
